Upon placing an order with Handy Home Harmony, you will be notified via email that your order has been received. Any in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note that orders are processed during business hours only. Weekends and holidays are excluded, and your order will be processed the next business day.

Handy Home Harmony contracts with USPS and UPS carriers to deliver our Handy Home Harmony products to your home or post office box. 

We understand that the timely delivery of product is important to our Handy Home Harmony customers and in response to this, we offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs. 

Customers are able to select from the following shipping methods:

Saver (USPS 5-8 Business Days)

Premium (3-5 Business Days)

Select (2 Business Days)

Urgent Overnight (Next Business Day)

**Please note: All shipping timeframes are estimates. Handy Home Harmony is not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has shipped. Handy Home Harmony is not responsible for package theft if delivery confirmation is received from the carrier. To purchase shipping insurance, please call 1-800-344-7457 and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.**

If for any reason, a customer is dissatisfied with their selection, the product maybe be returned for credit or exchange deducting the cost of shipping. 

If a customer, needs to return a product for repair the inbound shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and Handy Home Harmony will return the product replacement at our expense.
